CCLOGIC LLC the owner of Merchant Services, Discussion Forum is a Cyprus based company which is working with its 3 consultancies, together with new clients all around the world to help forming offshore companies, find the right payment solution and to get Internet Business structure that fits the needs of those that want to succeed. That's also what brought our Merchant Services, Discussion Forum into the World, we use it as a tool, to help and grow our community. 

Since we know that the topics in the area of Cyprus Company Formation, Offshore Bank Accounts and Tax havens are a big issue in most countries and by most people will be defined as criminal- or at least gray zone then we put a lot of effort into building the forum software to keep privacy for each one that want to participate in any discussion or topic. 

We regularly update our software which is a Vbulletin.org system with the latest patches and security and mission critical mods (modifications) available.

We have divided the forum in 4 main categories to give it a better overview and to make it easy to each community member to find exactly what is of interest for him or her. 

Since CCLOGIC LLC is the owner of the merchant services, discussion forum, and we at the same time work as business consultancies, we thought it could be difficult to be an independent discussion forum, but after a long time consideration we find it not that difficult. We work as consultancies and we are open to any business opportunities that’s covered in our 4 main topics, that mean we accept people recommending other companies services as long as they a relevant and not considered spam. Why? 
Very simple, it is all about to get the best deal for our customers, the community, business partners and for our self of course. 

We want to build strong and trustworthy sources for people who seek new business opportunities either to extend their existing business or to get started with a solution they don’t get fooled into and which they later on are unable to manage.
